Buying Guidelines

*You must have enough Silver to purchase the house you want to move into. You must sell your house before you can move into a new house this will help you buy your new house, if your house is for sale please make a post in the leasing office*

*New members will get a house on Autumn Avenue to begin with you can chose to keep the house or list it for sale but you must live in it till it is sold, and NO you CANNOT sell it to new members*

*Houses on on Autumn Avenue cost $5000*

*Houses on Forest Drive cost $3,000*

*Houses on Greenarce Street cost $1,000*

*Houses on Southplace Court cost $10,000*

*You CANNOT sell your house for anything higher than listed here however if you want to sell it lower you can*

*If you cannot sell your house please speak with an admin for special permission to buy a new house without selling the old one first, *hint hint* You must have the correct amount of money to buy one*

*If you want to buy a house on that street and there are no more available you can ask the admin to make you one.. again, you still have to buy the house and you must have the listed amount of money*

*Also if you are moving in with someone else you can sell your house without buying another but you must put this in your post if this is the case*

*Any house that is off the market the post will be moved to the sold board in the leasing office*
